30-Day Returns & Resizes

Feel secure in your purchases at Quorri with our 30-day Return Policy. We offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items without any restocking fees as long as the product remains in its original, new condition and is accompanied by all its original paperwork.

At Quorri, we're sure you'll be delighted with your jewelry selection! But should you find yourself needing to return or exchange an item from your order, here are the essentials.

Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure a smooth return process, all items must be returned in their original, unused state, including:

• The return policy tag must remain affixed to the jewelry, free from any tampering or damage.
• The original invoice.
• The certificate of authenticity and or diamond grading report.
• All complimentary accessories provided with your purchase, such as the gift bag, presentation box, box protector, and any other gifts, should be in a condition fit for reuse. Please note that there will be a fee for replacing any damaged items.

We cannot issue refunds for standard, international, or expedited/rush shipping fees or appraisal/grading charges when items are returned or exchanged. If your purchase involved any initial shipping fees, the refund amount will be the total cost of the item minus these shipping fees. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on custom, customized, special order items, pure items, loose stones that show evidence of setting or damage, jewelry that exhibits wear, or jewelry that has been personalized, engraved, modified, resized, or otherwise damaged. Any deposits or initial payments made for custom orders, as well as fees for design renderings, are not eligible for refunds - these payments when allocated to the new alternate item(s) become exchange only - exchange differences will be added as store credit. Should a package be refused upon delivery or sent back to us, it will automatically be processed as a return, and any shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. We are not responsible for reimbursing orders reported as lost, stolen, or mishandled after delivery by the courier.

At Quorri, our jewelers pour their hearts and skills into each piece of jewelry. Your Quorri order is crafted to your specifications, ensuring that each piece meets the highest quality standards. If a ring is returned, we responsibly recycle the materials to create something new, reflecting the intensive craftsmanship involved. 

RING RESIZING

Within 30 full calendar days of shipment, we also offer one complimentary resizing for our standard 14k ring styles. Custom, 18k, Platinum, modified, promotional treasure rings and rings that require above or below one full ring size for re-sizing are subject to resize fees. Certain accented rings will also have limitations on sizing. Alterations to orders that are "in production" void the complimentary resize. SALE & PROMOTIONS

All Treasure, 'Sale', 'Promotional' Sale and "Discounted" Sale items are eligible for exchange within the first 30 days after delivery. Exchange differences will be added as store credit.

LOOSE STONES

Loose stones are shipped in a clear gem package so you can easily see the quality of the stone and its optical characteristics. The loose stone cannot be returned if the protective seal is broken or removed from the gem packaging.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1. Obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Code.
You must email us at service@quorri.com for your code and return shipping instructions. Be sure to provide your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not call for RMA's as all returns are handled exclusively by email.

Step 2. A representative will email you all the required information to send back your item(s).

Important Notes: We are not responsible for returning items lost or damaged in transit. Return merchandise is the responsibility of the sender until it is signed for by our shipping department.

Once we receive the return, our laboratory will inspect and verify the condition of the item. Exchanges usually take 5-8 business days to process upon receipt of the item. The actual completion time will depend on the item being exchanged.
