We guarantee that every genuine handcrafted Quorri Diamond stone is free from defects and is individually inspected by laser and 10x loupe by our specialists before being shipped to ensure a perfect stone on delivery.
Our Lifetime Warranty covers color and optical properties of brilliance and fire change as seen by the naked eye. While Quorri Diamond stones are highly durable, like all precious gemstones, and even a mined diamond, for that matter, they are not indestructible. Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee
At Quorri, we are committed to selling our customers high-quality Jewelry, lab-grown diamonds, and gems. We warrant that all Jewelry purchased from our website will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and artistry at delivery and that the lab-grown stones and Gems' optical properties will never fade or cloud over time.
Our diamonds and jewelry are manufactured to the highest standards using the highest quality materials. Each item is carefully inspected at our factory and distribution team before shipment.
We offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty to all our customers, regardless of the price and type of item. The Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty is effective from the date of purchase only for purchases made on Quorri.com and is non-transferable.

Repairs
Sometimes, your Jewelry must be repaired and maintained due to regular wear and tear. These services are available at Quorri, and we will gladly help. Since our customers are significant to us, we will always do our best to keep the repair costs low while ensuring the piece's integrity. Remember, repairs by third-party jewelers will void your warranty with us. Some common repairs we offer are replacing side stones, tightening prongs, re-polishing, re-plating rhodium, or thoroughly cleaning. Free Ring Resizing
If you order a ring and love it but don’t quite get the ring size right, don’t worry! We’ll be happy to resize your ring one time for FREE within 60 days after purchase (Canada & US Orders). If we cannot size the ring up or down to the new size, we will inform you and give you the option to either place a particular order for the extent required or have it shipped back to you as it is.

Due to the duties and taxes imposed during importation, we cannot provide ring resizing services for international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Terms and Conditions
Although we stand behind our product, we do exclude the following defects from the Lifetime Guarantees:
General wear and tear, scratching, trauma, loss of center stones, product loss, theft, or improper cleaning and storage.
Fading or discoloration of metals over time due to inadequate care (Examples: wearing it in the hot tub or swimming pool, spraying perfume or other chemicals directly on the Jewellery, etc.)
Precious metals, especially prongs, wear down over time as part of everyday use. Thinning of prongs due to regular wear might cause them to open up, and the stone could be at risk of falling out. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.
The loss of a stone caused by trauma or damage is not covered under the Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.
Coverage also excludes damage or loss caused by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the jewellery's integrity.
Any third-party repairs or service to your Jewellery completed by a company other than Quorri, including, but not limited to, ring sizing or other maintenance, will void your warranty.
