Diamond Upgrade Policy

PURE® Lab Diamonds Upgrades

To qualify for eligibility, the Pure lab-grown diamond undergoing an upgrade must come with its original documentation and remain in a condition suitable for sale. Any impairment to the original diamond will render it ineligible for our upgrade program. The original grading report must be returned in a reusable state; charges may be incurred for any damage to these reports, and a setting fee will be necessary for the placement of the new diamond.

Luxe®, Aterna® and PureGem® Upgrades

Customers who have purchased any Quorri Diamond Stones (Luxe, Aterna, PureGem) from Quorri can exchange it for a new Quorri Diamond Stone of equal or greater carat weight, offered at a discounted rate starting from $100. For precise details on the discount amount, please get in touch with us at contact@quorri.com. Additionally, a setting fee will be applied for the placement of the new stone.

Transitioning to a Pure® Lab Diamond:

Customers who have purchased any Quorri Diamond Stone (as specified above) from Quorri can exchange it for credit equal to its original purchase price when acquiring a new Pure Lab Diamond. This credit is applicable provided that the cost of the new Lab Diamond is at least double the original purchase price of the Diamanti Stone. To qualify for either upgrade, the Quorri Diamond Stone being upgraded must be in its original condition; any damage incurred will render the Quorri Diamond Stone ineligible for our upgrade program. Additionally, a setting fee will be incurred for the placement of the new stone.

EXCLUSIONS:

• Upgrade credit does not include duty, shipping charges, or tax paid on the original purchase. All applicable duties, shipping charges, and taxes will be charged on the total retail price of the new stone before any credit is applied.

• Associated costs to set a new stone in your existing setting will be provided during the upgrade.
• Suppose the upgraded Quorri Diamond Stone or Pure lab diamond cannot be set in your original engagement ring setting or Jewelry. In that case, you can exchange it for a precious metal credit as determined by Quorri. We will recycle gold or platinum jewelry and offer a credit based on current metal prices.
• Active discounts and promotions cannot be applied to upgrade orders.
• Stones that have been upgraded, purchased, and set are ineligible for return or exchange.
