To cancel or change an order, please email us at service@quorri.com as soon as possible. Include your name, order number, and the reason for cancellation or change. We will accommodate order changes to the extent possible before shipping confirmation. Some changes may result in a shipping delay. Please note that we only accept cancellations via email, not by phone.
Due to unrecoverable processing fees and resources, a 10% cancellation fee on the purchase price applies to order cancellations for sale and regular-priced items that have not gone into production. For sales, promotional, regular-priced, and layaway orders that are already in production, a 15% cancellation fee on the original retail price will be applied. Custom, customized, personalized, special orders, and pure lab diamond orders that have not yet gone into production are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Once custom, customized, personalized, special orders, rush orders, orders ready to be shipped, and pure lab diamond orders have entered production, they cannot be cancelled. This is because the creation process for your item has already begun, and we are unable to recover the labor and materials used.
Once an order is marked as "Ready to Ship" or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Likewise, special, customized, personalized or custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled once in production. Design Rendering fees are non-refundable once the design process has started, and deposits are also non-refundable for customized, custom, personalized, or special orders. Please consider these non-refundable fees and deposits when considering a cancellation or change.
